This hotel is a luxurious haven, providing the exclusive amenities required for a truly exquisite stay. From the world, class service to the top, notch Spa & wellness centre, everything here is designed to create an extraordinary experience. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by the beautiful solarium and garden area are heavenly. With beach access, seasonal outdoor pool, and sun loungers available, the hotel sets up sensations of enticement.

There is only one minor issue worth mentioning. Although the restaurant is impressive, the buffet breakfast menu is limited.

Dressing gowns and slippers were very handy. The pool was really nice.

The location of the hotel is great! There are other restaurants nearby, like the one in front of the Palace's beach, where you can have a change of scenery. the breakfast had some good options and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. staff members were friendly and helpful.

The food quality at the hotel was not up to par. At times, the sauces on the pasta were bland and the cooked food was served tepid.

Air-conditioning is bizzar - you have to call reception every single time you want to change temperature, turn it on, turn it off... day and night, it really makes you nervous. Beach in front of the hotel is not a part of hotel's territory, Palace operated beach is a bit aside the hotel, very expensive and offers poor services, private beach in front of the hotel was cheaper.

Exceptionally helpful staff, arranged taxis and recommended outstanding guide. Bar staff helpful and efficient. Polite chambermaids, clean room.

We loved staying at this hotel! Cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were incredible. It was very convenient to have present on our hotel's beach chairs and umbrellas always available. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Plus, this hotel was located in front of the beach, which made it very easy to go swimming whenever we wanted.

The breakfast had a delicious variety of food and a nice outdoor seating area. the hotel had a private beach with easily accessible sunbeds. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to shops and restaurants.

The rooms were smaller than expected and some amenities were not fully functional. the hotel did not have a direct beachfront location, and guests had to cross a dusty road to access the beach.

The hotel was located close to the beach, which was great for a New Year's Day walk. They also offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco in the lounge, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.

The hotel lacked atmosphere in the evenings, with no entertainment or music. The staff were not very welcoming, and seemed disinterested in helping guests with any inquiries.
